By using the KU9 Baji platform, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out below. ku9 kindly asks that you read each point carefully.

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided through the ku9 website, mobile app, and other digital channels. If you have any objection to any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform and contact our support team.

1.1 Age Requirement

To register on the ku9 platform and place bets, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. If it is established that a minor has created an account, that account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be deemed void.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual only One Account Only can be created. If any individual is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — ku9 reserves the right to close all such accounts. In such cases, all accumulated bonuses will be forfeited and any winnings will not be paid out.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration. Providing inaccurate or false information may cause issues with account verification and could result in withdrawal holds. ku9 may request identity verification documents at any time.

1.4 Password & Security

Keep your password strictly confidential. ku9 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

1.5 KYC Verification Process

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. You may need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Large withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.

2.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is fully confirmed, it can no longer be modified. Always double-check the odds and stake amount before placing your bet. Clicking the "Confirm" button on the confirmation screen makes the bet final.

2.2 Odds Changes

The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final. Even if odds change afterwards, your bet's odds remain locked in. However, if odds shift significantly before confirmation, the system will automatically display the updated odds and prompt you to confirm again.

If a technical error in ku9's system causes incorrect odds to be displayed and bets are placed at those odds, ku9 reserves the right to cancel such bets and refund the full stake. Winnings resulting from erroneous odds will not be paid out.

2.5 Special Rules for Live Betting

In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. If odds shift due to network delay at the time of bet confirmation, ku9 will process the bet at the latest valid odds. If the match result has already been determined, the bet will be considered void.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on KU9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. The minimum deposit is ৳50. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though in some cases banking processing may take up to 30 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Any active wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If a transaction is made in a foreign currency, ku9 will convert it at the prevailing exchange rate.

3.4 Charges & Fees

Ku9 does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To qualify, Sports Betting must begin within 24 hours of making the deposit. A 5x (fivefold) wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.1 Protective Features

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given time period.
• Betting Break: Option to suspend betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Fully suspend your account for a period of 3 to 12 months.

• Passwords are never stored in plain text.

6.2 Fraud Prevention

Ku9 uses an automated fraud detection system. If suspicious activity is detected on any account, it will be suspended immediately and the account holder will be asked to verify their identity.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack into another person's account.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of fraud.

7.1 Account Closure — At Your Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting the ku9 support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn.

7.2 Account Closure — By ku9

Ku9 may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• If multiple accounts are found.
• If found to be involved in fraudulent activity.
• If the user is a minor or is using a third party's identity.

7.3 If a Match Is Cancelled

If a match or event is completely cancelled, full stakes will be refunded on all bets placed for that match. For accumulator bets, the cancelled match will be removed and the payout recalculated based on the remaining matches' odds.

8.1 How to File a Complaint

If you believe there is a discrepancy in the outcome of a bet or a payment, you must notify ku9's support team in writing within 30 (thirty) days of the incident. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.

8.2 ku9's Decision

In all disputes, ku9's server logs and database records shall serve as the definitive evidence. The decision of ku9's management team is final.

KU9 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.

9.1 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the guidelines of the international online gaming licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the rules of the licensing authority shall apply.
